Supply-Powered Cabinet Light Bars (TDL-7148) on an ageing run

A 31-second bench ageing run on Supply-Powered Cabinet Light Bars (TDL-7148), 60 cm, switched by hand sweep and stepped through three colour temperatures. It shows the bars running, not a test duration, limit or result.

TDL-7148 60 cm bars powered from a socket strip for an ageing run — the operator sweeps a hand over a bar to switch it and steps one bar from cool white through to warm white.

What you can take from the clip

  • These bars run on a power supply, not a battery. The cable to the socket strip is the supply, not a charging lead; the range covers 5 V and 24 V builds, so name the one your installation can feed.
  • Hand sweep, not motion detection. An open hand passing over the bar switches it — the behaviour to check on a display or work surface where a motion sensor would false-trigger.
  • Three colour temperatures with adjustable brightness, stepped at the sensor head. Confirm the exact Kelvin values and whether dimming is stepped or stepless on your sample.
  • An ageing run is not a documented test. No duration, pass limit or result is shown here. Production ageing for an order runs on the factory's ageing racks; put the stage, its duration and the pass limit on your inspection plan.

TDL-7148 is named on the UKCA / EMC attestation LCSB070323005E for "LED Under Cabinet Light" — see the document records for its scope, and ask for the document set covering your length, supply voltage and destination market.

This bar is not one of the configured builds on the sensor cabinet light pages, which are rechargeable. Ask for the current TDL-7148 lengths, supply voltage, mounting and sensing behaviour and we will put them on a quotation: ask about TDL-7148. Compare TDL-7148 in the Product Finder →
