Shipping times, sample costs and delivery options

Samples, wholesale orders and selected dropship lanes can be coordinated through RyanFulfil. Courier samples, wholesale air or sea freight and selected dropship lanes are quoted per shipment, with the service, battery acceptance, customs basis and transit time for your destination; none of these is promised country-wide.

Quotations, samples and payment

Samples are quoted as one combined goods-and-shipping amount. A sample-fee credit may be agreed for a subsequent large order; where it is, the quotation states the eligible costs, credit amount and qualifying order. The quotation also states the delivery basis and treatment of destination charges.

We can quote and accept payment in USD, EUR, GBP and SGD. Other currencies may be arranged; tell us your preference when requesting a quotation. Orders can use the factory as seller of record or an arrangement coordinated by RyanFulfil. The quotation confirms the seller and invoice issuer.

RyanFulfil parcel transit times by destination

Use the destination table to plan courier delivery of sensor switches, cabinet-light samples and other compact TUODI products. Include the product reference, input voltage, dimensions and quantity so the sales desk can quote the packed shipment.

The parcel windows count working days after dispatch from RyanFulfil's Guangzhou warehouse. Allow 2–3 processing days unless pre-stocked. TUODI sample preparation and production timing are agreed separately.

Battery-powered lighting, longer cabinet-light profiles and mixed cartons may need a different route from small wired switches. Send the destination postcode and any delivery constraints with your enquiry. The quotation states carrier acceptance for the exact configuration, battery, packed size and weight; a listed destination is not a promise for every product. Bulk air and sea freight are quoted for the complete order.

Battery documentation. Rechargeable products may need a current UN 38.3 test summary and other carrier paperwork. We check document availability and validity against the exact battery, product and freight mode before booking.

Nominated China forwarder. We can quote delivery to your nominated China forwarder. Give us the warehouse address, receiving contact, warehouse or customer code, carton and label rules, booking deadline, whether delivery is prepaid, and the proof of receipt you need. The quotation states where TUODI's responsibility ends.

How long does a courier or sample shipment from TUODI actually take to reach my country?

RyanFulfil parcel examples dated 6 September 2026 show these indicative windows in working days after dispatch from its Guangzhou warehouse: 5-8 Express or 6-12 Standard to the United States, 3-5/5-8 to the United Kingdom, 4-6/6-10 to Germany, and 5-6/6-7 to Singapore. Add 2-3 processing days unless the item is pre-stocked; factory sample preparation is separate, and remote areas can take longer. Can TUODI deliver my order to my own freight forwarder or Amazon/FBA warehouse in China instead of shipping it to me directly?

Yes — delivery to a forwarder you nominate in China can be quoted instead of an international shipment. Tell us where the goods go and how they must arrive: full warehouse address and receiving contact, the warehouse or customer code, carton and label rules, your booking deadline, whether delivery is prepaid, and the receipt proof you need back. Ask for the quotation to state where TUODI's responsibility ends.

Does TUODI support dropshipping single parcels straight to my own customers?

On selected products and destinations, yes — single-parcel dropship fulfilment is coordinated through RyanFulfil alongside courier samples and wholesale air or sea freight. It isn't offered network-wide: whether your exact product, battery configuration and destination combination works is checked on its own, apart from any bulk-order shipping quote. Use the route-check request with your product, quantity and destination so TUODI can tell you plainly whether dropship suits that combination, or whether wholesale shipment is the better fit.
