What an enquiry to TUODI stores
This notice explains what happens to the details you give when you ask TUODI International about products, samples or orders, and what your browser keeps while you read this website. Effective 15 September 2026, last reviewed 16 September 2026.
Who runs this website
tuodiinternational.com is run by RyanFulfil, based in Singapore, which is responsible for the personal data in enquiries sent through this site. TUODI International is the factory's international sales arm; the website's export desk handles the enquiries this site receives and coordinates quotations, samples and export arrangements in English. Guangdong Tuodi Electronics Co., Ltd. in Zhaoqing manufactures the products. If you go on to order, your quotation names the seller and the invoice issuer, which can be the factory or an arrangement coordinated by RyanFulfil. Questions about your details, and requests for privacy purposes, go to sales@tuodiinternational.com.
What reaches the desk, and only when you send it
Sending an enquiry through the website
The contact page has a "Send enquiry to TUODI" button. Pressing it sends your reply email (required), your company name (optional) and the requirements you filled in, which can include a model, a product category and a destination country. It also sends the recognised source and landing-page labels described under what your browser keeps. No files are uploaded and no cookies are sent with the request.
TUODI's website service runs on Cloudflare. It checks the request, stores it in a Cloudflare database with the time it arrived, and shows you a reference number on the page. A reference number means the enquiry was stored; it is not a quotation. Each stored enquiry is then emailed, with the details above, to the desk's sales coordination inbox so that someone can reply. The service does not send you an automatic email.
Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion 90 days after they arrive, at the next successful cleanup run. The notification email and any correspondence that follows are kept separately; see how long things are kept.
Protection against automated submissions
The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that separates people from automated traffic, and the service confirms that check with Cloudflare before it stores a new enquiry. To limit repeated sending, the service also turns your internet (IP) address into a coded counter using a secret key at the moment you submit. The address itself is not stored. Those counters expire after 24 hours and are then scheduled for deletion.
WhatsApp, email and copied drafts
The WhatsApp buttons on every page, and the email and copy buttons on the contact page, prepare a message inside your browser. Before the draft opens, a short context block is added to it: the heading and address of the page you are on, and the recognised first and most recent source, campaign and landing-page labels. You can read and change the whole draft first. Nothing reaches the desk until you send it. WhatsApp, or the email service you use, then carries the message under its own terms. The desk's WhatsApp number is +86 178 4666 9989; email to sales@tuodiinternational.com is forwarded to the same sales coordination inbox.
WhatsApp messages you send us are kept with no fixed deletion date, in the WhatsApp conversation itself. We use them only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange samples and handle your order, and not for any other purpose.
What your browser keeps
| Name | Where and what | How long |
|---|---|---|
| tuodi_rfq_attribution_v1 | The browser's per-tab sessionStorage, written by this site's own script on every page. It holds the first and most recent source label (direct, google, bing, chatgpt, perplexity, xiuben or unknown), the campaign label (lighting_range_comparison or unknown) and the landing page, chosen from this site's own list of pages. It holds nothing you type. | Until you close that tab, when the browser clears it |
The entry is written when you arrive so that a draft or a website submission can say what kind of link brought you here. It leaves your browser only inside a message or submission you choose to send, and it never contains your name, email address or search terms. The same script removes two older entries, tuodi_first_touch and tuodi_first_touch_source, if an earlier visit left them behind.
The site's own code sets no cookies and uses no local storage. Fonts and product videos are served from this website, address links to Google Maps open Google's site only when you click them, and no advertising or social-media pixels are loaded. Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact page and the Cloudflare Web Analytics script described below run Cloudflare's code in your browser under Cloudflare's own terms.
Cloudflare Web Analytics and hosting records
Cloudflare hosts this website. As of 15 September 2026, Cloudflare adds its Web Analytics script, loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com, to pages as they are served. The script sends page-view and page-load performance measurements to Cloudflare, which shows the desk summary figures about how the site is used. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics "does not use any client-side state, such as cookies or localStorage, to collect usage metrics" and that it does not "fingerprint" individuals by IP address, browser details or other data for its analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, read 15 September 2026).
Like any web host, Cloudflare processes each request, including your IP address and browser details, to deliver pages and protect the site. The enquiry service is configured to strip query strings from its operational logs, not to record a log entry for every request, and not to write error details that could contain what you submitted.
Why your details are used
Answering your enquiry, preparing a quotation, arranging samples and handling an order are steps you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR and UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Following up a business enquiry, keeping the enquiry service working, protecting it from abuse and seeing which pages lead to enquiries are the desk's legitimate interests in running an export sales service (Article 6(1)(f)); the data involved is limited to what this page lists.
You can read this website without giving any personal details. A website submission needs a reply email, and without some way to contact you the desk cannot answer or quote. No decision about you is made automatically, apart from the bot check and submission limits above, which decide only whether a website submission is accepted.
Who else receives something
- Cloudflare: website hosting, Web Analytics, Turnstile, the enquiry database and the service that sends the notification email.
- The mailbox provider behind the sales coordination inbox, which receives the notification and email sent to sales@tuodiinternational.com.
- WhatsApp, or your own email provider, when you send a draft through them.
- The factory, which receives the product requirements it needs to quote, sample or make your order.
- If you order, the carrier or forwarder moving the goods, which receives the delivery contact you give for that shipment.
Your details may be handled outside your own country: the factory is in China, and Cloudflare, WhatsApp and email providers run their services across several countries. If your organisation needs a data transfer agreement before it shares personal details, say so before you send them.

Your rights and how to use them
You can ask what the desk holds about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, for its use to be restricted, for follow-up to stop, or for a copy in a portable format. Write to sales@tuodiinternational.com from the address you used, or tell us the WhatsApp number you messaged from. The same applies if a colleague or a forwarder passed your details to us.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom and are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to a data protection authority: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the European Union, the authority in your own country.
